Shipping policy
Shipping is our top priority. We know that after clicking ‘buy', your first question is: 'When will I receive my items?' We process all orders as quickly as possible. Usually, we ship the next business day, and never later than 5 business days after purchase. We ship worldwide from Ukraine using UkrPoshta. After 7 years and thousands of sent parcels, we can confidently say they are a top-notch service that we fully trust.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: from 2 to 3 weeks
- USA: 2–2.5 weeks
Please keep in mind that delivery times include processing, customs clearance, and final local delivery. Also, be aware that import taxes and fees may apply depending on your country's laws. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and our store has no control over them. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Knives shipping require special care. We ensure every item is packaged securely and safely for transit. To help protect the environment, we also use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
