Hi there! My name is Dima, my workshop based in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Knife-making has always been my passion. When I was 12, I built
my first knife in an aircraft modelling studio.

My brand name is JerKnife (I know, I know! But it's short from two
words Jera and Knife) is based on the Scandinavian rune Jera
which means «a successful completion of your mission». «Jera»
gives strength and helps one maintains a balance.

JerKnife production has simple principles: I use the best available
materials, make the knives at the best professional standards, and
still offer them for affordable prices. I create knives that I want to
buy and use on my own.

I use only high-quality steel such as D2, K110, N690, AEB-L,
80crV2, Apex Ultra and powder steel as RWL34, Elmax, M390,
M398. Also I use steel of Ukrainian production. Such as X12MF
(analog is D2), 95X18 (440C).

I adore Scandinavian and North knives and think of them as the
best knives in the world. I try to create unique knife's look while
being true to a traditional knife design. Each of the knives I made
from start to finish, which includes the design, the blade, the
woodworking, and the making of a sheath and photos-video.
In 2026 after six years having shop on Etsy I decide to make my
own online store.
